Tasting NotesPale gold in colour, the bouquet is intensely fragrant with poached quince and ripe red papaya aromas. The palate begins with soft, rich, complex flavours of poached quince, rose water and Allspice, and flows through to a dry, very persistent, perfumed finish.
An opulent, exotic, full flavoured dry white wine.

Pinot Noir 2008
Tasting NotesDeep red in colour, the nose shows subtle,ripe black cherry aromas with some caramel, toffee oak in the background.
The palate has sweet fruit, soft acid but plenty of fine-grained tannin and a satisfying Pinot perfumed finish.
From an outstanding vintage, this wine will reward cellaring.

Tasting NotesMedium red in colour, the nose shows warm aromas of red currant and red cherry with a hint of strawberry.
On the palate, the ripe red fruit characters are tempered by plenty of soft, savoury tannins.
Cellaring will further soften these tannins and enhance the perfume.

Tasting NotesDeep red in colour.
This wine has developed an interesting, assertive bouquet with contrasting vivid fruit and savoury notes of blackcurrant, rhubarb, and black olive.
The palate has sweet fruit, moderate tannins and a fresh finish.
A well balanced medium bodied dry red wine.

Chardonnay-Viognier 2008
Tasting NotesMid straw in colour, the nose is particularly fragrant with poached pear, banana and ginger characters.
On the palate the fruit intensity is quite striking with ripe white fruit flavours, chewy texture and a long finish marked by some youthful astringency and spicy Turkish delight aromatics.
A soft, full bodied, dry aromatic white wine.
Cellaring will add honeyed complexity..

Tasting NotesDeep red in colour, the nose shows a striking mix of mulberry, lantana leaf and white pepper aromas.
The palate has a balance of sweet red fruit characters and fresh natural acidity with a distinctive dry savoury aromatic finish.
A medium bodied aromatic dry red wine.
This blend of Shiraz, Petit Verdot and Touriga Francesa would pair well with spicy Spanish charcuterie..
