The palate has layers of dark fruit, cocoa and spicy oak, finishing with mouth-coating tannins adding to the persistence of this powerful wine. A great wine to pair with the richest of red meat dishes now, with a long cellaring life ahead. -

The palate begins with sweet cherry fruit but quickly reveals its tight structure held together by distinct acidity and tannins. The finish is long, dry and savoury. A white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Opalescent in colour, with an apricot hue. The aroma is fresh and delicate with floral overtones. The palate is full with a hint of wild strawberry with a clean dry finish. Made in the same way as all our white wine; whole bunch pressed to old French oak barrels, indigenous yeast ferment then nine months lees contact before bottling. Pretty simple really! This wine may form a natural deposit so stand upright for approx 30 mins before pouring & pour the last glass carefully. -
