  • Label of Grey Sands 2012 Pinot Noir Bottle of Grey Sands 2012 P Noir
Mid red with garnet hue. The nose is softly fragrant of preserved cherries, dried herbs and fine oak. The palate begins with sweet cherry fruit but quickly reveals its tight structure held together by distinct acidity and tannins. The finish is long, dry and savoury. An excellent match for duck, quail and dark chicken meat. This wine may develop a harmless deposit over time.
  • Grey sands 2015 Pinot noir label Bottle shot of Grey Sands 2015 Pinot noir
Mid red with garnet hue. This wine has developed an intriguing bouquet that combines savoury and fruit aromas. The palate shows tight structure with tannins and acidity that make for a food-friendly wine. Try pairing this wine with duck, quail or chicken cacciatore. This wine may throw a harmless natural deposit with time.
  • Grey Sands 2019 Blanc de Noir label Grey Sands 2019 Blanc de Noir bottle
A white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Opalescent in colour, with an apricot hue. The aroma is fresh and delicate with floral overtones. The palate is full with a hint of wild strawberry with a clean dry finish. Made in the same way as all our white wine; whole bunch pressed to old French oak barrels, indigenous yeast ferment then nine months lees contact before bottling. Pretty simple really! This wine may form a natural deposit so stand upright for approx 30 mins before pouring & pour the last glass carefully.
