Deep red colour, the aroma is sappy and savoury with an array of preserved cherry and dried herbs. The palate is well balanced, showing dark fruits, boysenberry perfume and fennel seed, giving a long aromatic finish. -
COMING SOONCOMING SOON Deep red with purple hue. The wine has a strong aroma of plum, Asian dried plum, oak & hints of clove & black pepper. The palate is mid weight, with rich boysenberry fruit and plum skin astringency. This wine may develop a harmless natural deposit over time. -
Blend of Merlot (60%), Malbec (30%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). Deep red in colour, the nose has an enticing aroma of blueberry, boysenberry and cassis. The palate has an abundance of fruit but equal amounts of fine grained tannins and balancing acidity to guarantee enjoyment now with rich meat dishes or cellaring over a few more years. This wine may throw a harmless natural deposit over time.
