Pale straw in colour, the nose is floral with notes of jasmine and wisteria over white peach. The palate is tight with nectarine fruit, fresh acidity and some grape-skin dryness to finish.

made to last (as with the Byzantine), and we love what come out of Grey Sands. One of the best producers in Tasmania. Highly recommended.
Exotic blend of white stone fruits and white floral notes. Medium body with a dry, nice smooth finish.
