  • Deep red in colour, this wine has rich aromas of ripe mulberries, plum tart and fine oak.                                                                                                                               The palate has layers of dark fruit, cocoa and spicy oak, finishing with mouth-coating tannins adding to the persistence of this powerful wine. A great wine to pair with the richest of red meat dishes now, with a long cellaring life ahead.

  • Mid red with garnet hue. The nose is softly fragrant of preserved cherries, dried herbs and fine oak. The palate begins with sweet cherry fruit but quickly reveals its tight structure held together by distinct acidity and tannins. The finish is long, dry and savoury. An excellent match for duck, quail and dark chicken meat. This wine may develop a harmless deposit over time.
  • Mid red with garnet hue. This wine has developed an intriguing bouquet that combines savoury and fruit aromas. • A white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Opalescent in colour, with an apricot hue. The aroma is fresh and delicate with floral overtones. The palate is full with a hint of wild strawberry with a clean dry finish. Made in the same way as all our white wine; whole bunch pressed to old French oak barrels, indigenous yeast ferment then nine months lees contact before bottling. Pretty simple really! This wine may form a natural deposit so stand upright for approx 30 mins before pouring & pour the last glass carefully.

The palate has melon and nectarine fruit with some grape skin firmness and tangy acidity. A well balanced, medium bodied, dry white wine. This wine may have a harmless crystal deposit..stand upright for approx half an hour before pouring & pour the last glass with care.
