Mid red with garnet hue. This wine was released in Nov 2022. As with Burgundies grown in cool vintages, this wine has taken 10 years to begin to 'show itself'. In terms of it's development, it is still a 'baby' & will show more of itself if decanted or allowed to breathe for ~1hr. The nose is softly fragrant of preserved cherries, dried herbs and fine oak. The palate begins with sweet cherry fruit but quickly reveals its tight structure held together by distinct acidity and tannins. The finish is long, dry and savoury. An excellent match for duck, quail and dark chicken meat. This wine may develop a harmless deposit over time.

A white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Opalescent in colour, with an apricot hue. The aroma is fresh and delicate with floral overtones. The palate is full with a hint of wild strawberry with a clean dry finish. Made in the same way as all our white wine; whole bunch pressed to old French oak barrels, indigenous yeast ferment then nine months lees contact before bottling. Pretty simple really! This wine may form a natural deposit so stand upright for approx 30 mins before pouring & pour the last glass carefully.

Mid straw in colour, the nose has a fresh apple and greengage aroma with a hint of crystallised pineapple. The palate has melon and nectarine fruit with some grape skin firmness and tangy acidity. A well balanced, medium bodied, dry white wine. This wine may have a harmless crystal deposit..stand upright for approx half an hour before pouring & pour the last glass with care.

Pale gold in colour, the nose displays gentle banana, baked quince and warm pastry aromas. The palate is expansive and round with rich fruit and dense texture. The finish is long and lightly spiced. A full bodied dry white wine in our usual very ripe presentation. This wine may throw a harmless natural deposit over time
