    Deep red in colour, this wine has rich aromas of ripe mulberries, plum tart and fine oak.                                                                                                                               The palate has layers of dark fruit, cocoa and spicy oak, finishing with mouth-coating tannins adding to the persistence of this powerful wine. A great wine to pair with the richest of red meat dishes now, with a long cellaring life ahead.

    Deep red in colour, the wine is generous and expansive, revealing a complex array of cassis, black olive, cigar box and violets. The palate is mid weight and starts with dark fruits, blackcurrant highlights and subtle oak giving line & length to a long dry finish.

    Deep red with purple hue. The nose is fragrant with mulberries, summer pudding and some liquorice spice. The palate has bright fresh fruit, tempered by cleansing acidity and sufficient tannins to guarantee some years of cellaring. This wine may develop a natural deposit over time.

    A white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Opalescent in colour, with an apricot hue. The aroma is fresh and delicate with floral overtones. The palate is full with a hint of wild strawberry with a clean dry finish. Made in the same way as all our white wine; whole bunch pressed to old French oak barrels, indigenous yeast ferment then nine months lees contact before bottling. Pretty simple really! This wine may form a natural deposit so stand upright for approx 30 mins before pouring & pour the last glass carefully.

    Mid straw in colour, the nose has a fresh apple and greengage aroma with a hint of crystallised pineapple. The palate has melon and nectarine fruit with some grape skin firmness and tangy acidity. A well balanced, medium bodied, dry white wine. This wine may have a harmless crystal deposit..stand upright for approx half an hour before pouring & pour the last glass with care.

    Mid straw in colour, the nose has ripe aromas of banana, poached pear and baking spices. The palate has rich upfront fruit through a spectrum of white stone fruit, distinctive texture, gentle acidity, then finally balanced by a long dry finish.
